I began my career in the network marketing industry because I understood that it offered the best shot for me to achieve financial independence. During the 4Life 2004 Convention, Dr. Herminio Nevarez demonstrated that he is one of the most influential leaders in the history of network marketing when he spoke about vision and how to project your dreams. As he spoke, I visualized myself reaching this level of leadership. The masterpiece of a leader is ensuring that his or her followers achieve the same or even higher level than he himself has achieved. You need to lead with principles and values and then be able to teach them not by what you say, but by what you do. It feels great to have achieved the level of International Diamond, but it’s only a piece of the great career I have with 4Life now. The foundation of my business is to not merely recruit people, but rather, to develop leaders. One of the goals I now hope to achieve is to become a Gold International Diamond before I turn 24 years old. I know I can do it with vision, determination, action, and by practicing the principle of duplication.
